350' Jackup Drilling Rigs (2ea)

These two high end drilling rigs of design MSC CJ46-X100D was contracted in 2006 By Standard Drilling ASA (Norway) with Labroy Offshore Ltd (Singapore). At the time of signing the contract there were only plans for the development of an offshore yard on the Indonesian island Batam just outside Singapore, and the yard was built up during the construction of these units.

The units were sold to Saipem during the construction, but project and site management was kept unchanged throughout the project with Mr Øystein Ikdahl as Owners Representative and Site Manager.

During the course of the project the yard was also sold to the Dubai World Group.
